Retreat optional add-ons

  • Soundbath and Meditation during the retreat: +$15 USD (up to 30 people) — Soundbath is a deeply meditative experience, and you don’t have to do anything special —just be. The body has a beautiful capacity to hear itself but often doesn’t recognize when it is out of harmony. Once we introduce harmonic sounds, the body can then reference itself and tune into harmony, and peace naturally. Petra (the soundbath practitioner) will be sharing a message of inner awareness while using our own body chemistry and stillness. This will be a sonic journey with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, rain stick, and other instruments.
  • Sunday &/or Monday lodging optional add-on: Ask for details
